Hi there, I'm Celeste!

I am Mary Ghazarian. Nurse Practitioner, international best-selling author of Nursing Wisely & Nursing Wealthy, speaker, creator of the Nursing WISELY framework taught in Canadian universities, and the person who built a movement out of the worst financial moment of my life.

This is not a story about overnight success. It is a story about what becomes possible when a nurse stops treating their expertise like a side note.

I know what it feels like to be a highly skilled nurse who cannot figure out why the finances never add up.

Just like you, I wanted more — and I became a nurse specifically because I thought it would get me there.

I did not become a nurse purely out of calling. I became a nurse because I watched my mother struggle financially after my parents divorced — and I decided that would never be me. Nursing felt like the answer. A stable, respected profession with a reliable income. Security.

What I did not know then was that stability and wealth are not the same thing. And that the profession I chose to protect myself financially would spend years conditioning me to believe that wanting more made me less of a nurse.

And I continually found that the very beliefs nursing installed were standing in my way.

The nursing profession conditions its practitioners to treat financial ambition as a character flaw. That wanting more is selfish. That a good nurse puts her patients first and her financial needs last. I had absorbed every one of those beliefs — and they were quietly running every financial decision I made, keeping me exactly where I had always been afraid of ending up.

I went in search of a framework that was actually built for nurses.

I could not find one. So I built it. I went deep into the psychological research on how beliefs form and how they change. I tested everything in real time — while rebuilding from a financial collapse that happened when I was seven months pregnant, on track for my first seven-figure year, when pandemic closures shut down every business I had built.

My nursing income kept us afloat. That was the moment I finally understood what I had been sitting on all along.

Years on...

Two books. The Nursing WISELY™ Framework now taught in Canadian universities. A coaching practice built on one conviction — that the most financially empowered nurses are also the most effective ones. And a community of nurses across the country who are done accepting financial limitation as the price of meaningful work.

I became a nurse for security. I built Nursing Wealthy so that security could finally mean what it was always supposed to — freedom, not just survival.

I believe that everyone deserves a career that reflects their actual worth

And I have spent the last decade helping nurses build income, identity, and careers that were always possible

I built this because I kept meeting nurses who were extraordinary at their work and completely invisible to their own worth.

You already have what it takes. This is just where you finally learn to see it.

I understand this profession from the inside. The identity it installs. The beliefs it rewards. The ceiling it quietly sets and never names. I lived that ceiling — and then I hit a moment that forced me to see it clearly.

Seven months pregnant. Bankruptcy trustee on the phone. Every business I had built, gone. My nursing license was the only thing standing between my family and financial freefall.

That moment did not break me. It clarified everything.

I spent the years that followed writing, researching, teaching, and building — two books, a framework now taught in Canadian universities, and a community grounded in one truth: the most financially empowered nurses are also the most effective ones.

I built Nursing Wealthy for the nurse I was in that parking garage. The one who was already exceptional — and had no idea what that was actually worth.

If you are here, I already know something about you. You care deeply. You work hard. And somewhere along the way the profession convinced you that was enough to ask for.

It is not. You deserve more. And I am here to help you see it.
